I enjoyed staying at Shalom hotel, it's a great location, and the staff was absolutely on top of everything, very friendly, funny, and helpful, got me a taxi, fixed the boiling cattle when it broke, and in general very awesome. Just one thing - if only I knew there are 2 separate beds, would prefer to have a king bed, anyway, next time I will ask the hotel! I have not spent much time at the hotel but I definitely liked its atmosphere, very clean and felt safe, had no problem using the safe at the reception for important documents I had on me and I would go ahead and give it 10/10 and next time I'm in Krakow I will definitely stay there again!

They were more than 100% flexible with my check-in, I really appreciated it, because I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, and it was soooo fantastic to have a room already where I could have some rest after a long journey. The room was perfect, clean, and beautiful. We had a room with street view, but it wasn't noisy at all. There was an electric kettle in the room that came in handy. The location was good, only 20 minutes tram ride from the main train station, and the old town was also really near either on foot or by tram. The breakfast was delicious and one could choose from many options on the night before.

Excellent location! My room had a lovely balcony. A very spacious room including: large bed, sit-down table with 2x chairs, a love seat, small fridge, 2x small bottles of water that are provided on a daily basis free of charge! The bathroom included amenities: shampoo/body wash, body lotion, soap, shower cap. I did a preventive “bed-bug” check and all was very clean! Bed mattress free of any dirt or bugs, I was happy to see a mattress protector, pillow sheets and pillow itself and blanket clean as if new. A free-standing fan. Last, but not least, free wi-fi provided.

The location was amazing in the old Jewish quarter with bustling life and great restaurants all nearby. Only a 15 minute walk to old town and the walk is so pleasant through the shops and parks, it feels like only a 8-10 minute walk honestly. Amazing that the reception is open 24 hours for such a cute little boutique hotel. The single room is really perfect for the solo traveller, with everything one could possibly need and a oh-so-comfy bed in a historic building with the signature tall ceilings. It really does feel like being a part of history. Love it.

Excellent Hotel, very near to restaurant and only a 20 walk to the main market square. Staff were friendly and room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. There is a breakfast room in hotel but excellent café and restaurant very near, a good tip is to use your revolut card as you won't get debit charges. Uber and the electric scooter are the best way to get around the city, but beautiful walks along the river and streets is the best way to get your bearings.
